Shipping time greatly varies. Please allow anywhere from 1-14 business days for your package to ship. 

We ship through USPS. United States packages will typically arrive within 10 business of shipping. International packages may take up to 6 weeks. Please keep in mind once a package ships, the package is out of our immediate control. 

In the event of a lost package please email us immediately. We can recall and directly bind or cast any of our spirits and spells. 

We do offer combined shipping. Each additional order placed will receive up to a 50% discount depending on weight of the package and handling fees.

If you order a direct binding and are charged shipping, please email us and we will refund you if nothing is shipped.

Direct Bindings are our most popular means of delivery. They do take the most time. Please allow 14 working days for us to contact you about your binding or casting. 

We issue a full refund if nothing else in the order is shipped.

We apologize but free gifts do not qualify for direct bindings.

While we strongly believe and support our work we are required by law and our hosting to say all of our items are for entertainment purposes only. You must be 18 years old older to buy.

We never share a clients personal information or email address.  We respect your privacy.

As part of the order process, the following information is collected from shoppers:

Name Shipping/Billing Address Email address.. Our site does not see your credit or debit card information. Payments are processed through paypal and stripe's secure checkout.

How That Information Is Used:

The information that is collected is used such as to fill order, to contact you if we have questions, or to send email only.
